lol well sometimes its better to lie to avoid conflict or cause unnecessary hurt. Like...telling the person you used to love that you arent interested in them anymore rather than saying you found someone new. Both are bad...but take the lesser evil.

But there is no evidence of this, hence it's farther from the truth than not believing in an afterlife.
